Weltzheimer/Johnson Docent Tour

Please join us for September’s Weltzheimer-Johnson open house! Designed for the Weltzheimer family in 1948, the house is the first of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian homes built in Ohio and one of the few nationwide open to the public. There will be docent presentations on the architecture and history of the building on the hour — 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3PM, and 4 PM.

Between July 14 and September 30 an installation by contemporary artist Juan Araujo titled Redwood will be on view at the Weltzheimer-Johnson House. Parking is limited and available along the south side of Morgan Street (golf course side). Presented by the Allen Memorial Art Museum.

All guests must check in 15 minutes before their registered time slot. Kids are free. $5 admission, registration required.
